Registration Information
Listed below are the registration fees for EuroSys 2009. You are eligible for a reduced registration fee if
- you are a member of either ACM or EuroSys,
- you are a student at a university or college,
- you choose to attend only the workshops/tutorials and not the whole conference.
Please note that you will be asked for your ACM/EuroSys member ID if you select a "Member" ticket and that you have to send a student ID copy to 2009studreg at eurosys.org (e-mail) or +49 9131 160097 (fax) prior to registration if you want to get a "Student" ticket. After we have received your ID, you'll be sent a code that unlocks the "Student" categories.
Important: Early registration with reduced fees is possible until 6th March 2009. After that, fees for late registration apply. Note that, due to reasons related to catering planning, on-site registration does not include the banquet dinner.

"Conference" registration includes:

- Multi-day ticket for public transport in Nuremberg and the surrounding area
"Workshops/Tutorials Only" registration includes:
- Participation in workshops or tutorials
- Coffee breaks on workshops/tutorials day
- Lunch on workshops/tutorials day
- Multi-day ticket for public transport in Nuremberg and the surrounding area
Visa
If you need a visa to travel to Germany for the conference, please obtain information about what you need for that in advance. Since this information is critical and highly dependent on your situation, please contact the German embassy or consulate for this.
Should you need a letter of invitation for the visa application, please contact 2009reg at eurosys.org with your regular mailing address. Please note that letters of invitation cannot be issued until payment of the conference fee has been confirmed.
